Excellent service! Started the booking journey about 3 month prior to my mum and sister trip. Both my mum and sister had international passports, however AI Madinah Travels assured me they could travels from the USA. Provided insurance, via and all essential documents well ahead of travel. The hotels did change twice however, Ashir always sent hotels and alright in front of the Kabba with a beautiful view. Overall I will be booking all my parents and family members Umrah and Hajj trips through AI Madinah Travels inn-shaa-Allah. Ashir was extremely helpful and detailed and I will continue to use him!! I & my wife traveled in their January… I & my wife traveled in their January group, we booked Umrah through brother usama even though we did take quotations from other companies but their quote was very reasonable and they helped us get the Umrah visa as well. I just paid them for the pacakge & they arranged everything for me & my wife I don't have to worry about anything, they provided me very good flights& the hotles was very clean and nearby with shuttle service so we don't have to walk.Brother Umasa guided us very well. Excellent experience with Al Madinah… Excellent experience with Al Madinah Travel starting Travel Agent sister Ayesha. She kept everything very smooth all updates on time, provided contact information and confirmation numbers etc. and stayed connected till we came back.The coordinator for Madina and Makkah Mr Mairaj Haider did an excellent job with personal attention and taking care of each individuals. He was always available to help and solve any issues. Umrah guide in Makkah Mr Fahad Imran made every effort to help in performing Tawaaf and Saee and it so comfortable after Taraweeh prayer.Overall experience - Excellent. Our future Umrah (and our extended family's) will be with Al Madinah Travel In Sha Allah.
