Feedback for Expedia support Jacob has been amazing personality and has great patience solving pur problem. I have never seen a customer support who exhibited that level of calmness. He did come out with great options which worked pretty well for my vacation plans. Being a software professional, I see Jacob as a great asset for your company and would like to connect to him for future deals too.On the otherhand, I must say that the rest 3 reoresentatives were terrible in handling the stuff.
