GBPoor service and rates have increased too much Waited too long to be picked up at Fly Away to go to airport when leaving. Did get picked up promptly from airport when returning however when got back to Fly Away noticed my vehicle being slowly driven around lot. each row. I waited for almost 10 minutes in 95 degree heat and finally had to flag my own vehicle down. Ridiculous!! Went inside to pay because card on file had expired(no problem)and there was someone in lobby waiting cause you couldn't find their car!! Terrible experience.

GBI have used and recommended to my… I have used and recommended to my friends Fly Away. My only complaint was the lack of information as to where to go to get the shuttle back to Fly Away. Myself and 4-6 other people were in the wrong parking garage, and I had to call to figure out where to go. Find away to inform customers of this procedure in advance of landing. Thanks everything else was great as usual.

GBGiving this 5-Star Giving this 5-Star, to the staff on the ground. Since it was 4th of July evening when returning from a trip, my expectation of sufficient staff was reduced ahead of time. I will say the staff that was there, worked hard... both quick and efficient in scorching heat to service a busload+ of customers. Minor ~8 minute wait for a pickup, but my vehicle was waiting on me. Thank you BNA Fly Away Parking... fair price for parking, even on a holiday, and hard working staff. One thing: ADD MORE PEOPLE!!!

NZI travelled recently and had the usual… I travelled recently and had the usual efficient and friendly service from Flyaway. This time I managed to lose my wallet. Luckily someone found it on the ground where my car had been parked and Flyaway not only phoned me but also had an employee who lived nearby drop it off to me. I am so grateful.

GBNashville needs better shuttle pickup option for handicap This is an issue for Nashville airport rather than Flyaway- return buses pick up a LONG way from baggage claim. I use a walker and, loaded with luggage, hard to get there. No assistance option outside terminal. Please keep pressure on airport authority to improve or provide supplemental assistance to disabled.
