Long Wait Time for Arrival 6/30/22 The employees were nice enough but we had to wait 30 minutes at arrivals before being picked up. We saw buses for other parking locations three times before our first bus showed up. We were told that you only had one shuttle working for both departures and arrivals which indicates to me that you have no backup plan for when service is required for your vehicles.

Nashville needs better shuttle pickup option for handicap This is an issue for Nashville airport rather than Flyaway- return buses pick up a LONG way from baggage claim. I use a walker and, loaded with luggage, hard to get there. No assistance option outside terminal. Please keep pressure on airport authority to improve or provide supplemental assistance to disabled.

Love this place!!! It's so easy to drop your vehicle off and jump on the shuttle which delivers you to the most convenient entry to your airline. On the return trip you are picked up and taken to your car that has been delivered to the front and pre-chilled on a hot day. We also asked for the truck to be cleaned inside and out. We could not have found a better auto care specialist who did an amazing job cleaning a mess of a truck. Thank you all so much.

Fast, efficient, friendly. Good communication, minimal wait times for shuttles, with friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Great service for our early morning departure and late evening arrival.
