GBPoor service and rates have increased too much Waited too long to be picked up at Fly Away to go to airport when leaving. Did get picked up promptly from airport when returning however when got back to Fly Away noticed my vehicle being slowly driven around lot. each row. I waited for almost 10 minutes in 95 degree heat and finally had to flag my own vehicle down. Ridiculous!! Went inside to pay because card on file had expired(no problem)and there was someone in lobby waiting cause you couldn't find their car!! Terrible experience.

GBCustom Service This review is soley about the Customer Service I have experienced from talking with the staff at Fly Away Parking. Their client, Jonathan McGuire, gace them an incorrect email address, mine. I have told thm multiple times to stop sending me email receipts and their business related spam, yet I keep receiving unwanted emails in my personal account. I suspect the employees just don't care, no matter how nice they are when on the phone. If you have any problems, expect no help. I certainly haven't gotten any.

GBExcellent service start to finish Excellent service start to finish. Drop off your car at the lot, they transport you to the airport, they transport you back to the lot after your return flight. The entire process is professionally done with no concerns. You can also choose to have your car washed or vacuumed while you are gone for an additional fee. The daily prices for your car are very reasonable.

GBFly Away Parking is conveniently… Fly Away Parking is conveniently located on Murfreesboro Pike directly behind the airport. Their website is easy to use, or you can call them for assistance. When I drove up, they immediately came out to assist with our luggage. The ride to the airport was quick and we were dropped off right at the door of our airline. We were given a ticket with info about how to text for ride upon our return. The car was waiting for us when we arrived. Our driver put our bags in the car and we drove away. Safe, convenient, efficient.

GBLong Wait Time for Arrival 6/30/22 The employees were nice enough but we had to wait 30 minutes at arrivals before being picked up. We saw buses for other parking locations three times before our first bus showed up. We were told that you only had one shuttle working for both departures and arrivals which indicates to me that you have no backup plan for when service is required for your vehicles.
