No clear direction on where to park. Hotel was accommodating. Itbwas united parking that needs improvement Thank you for responding, but I looked on the website several times before booking and even before confirming. There was no listing of shuttles and even the address or directions link was not user friendly at all it kept on opening new pages to use Maps instead of google maps and then still didn’t direct it just listed instructions to direct which I couldn’t read while driving.

I am completely satisfied. I have used United Airport Parking, Miami Intl. Airport, Crowne Plaza for years. It is my choice. I am completely satisfied. I find United Airport Parking customer service, courtesy and attitude excellent, and I commend it. I do have one negative I would like to bring to its attention. When I go to make an online reservation, I am not given enough time to do it carefully. I am usually timed out, and I have to do it all over again, rushing.

After receiving the approval documents I drove over to the Marriott and Herman at the front got me parked in the long stay right away. I'll be back in 3 weeks in Miami and will be staying at the Marriott for 2 days before heading out.
