Poor planning and service They did plan the trip and all parts went as scheduled. The issue is that they did not ask if we would like better accommodations some of the hotels were in less than optimal areas and lower end hotels. The flight times were red eye flights and may have been the only option but the return flight was the biggest issue, the scheduled shuttle dropped us at the airport 3 hours before it opened which forced us to sit outside in a poor area they should have alerted us and we may have scheduled a dinner then the airport So review the itinerary and question each part, are there better options and what is the wait between segments

Excellent Customer Service We had excellent customer service through the whole process of booking our vacation package to the day we boarded our flight. All questions were answered in a short period of time. We believe we made a good decision booking with Pacific Islands. Would recommend to everyone.

Great prices and service, until you CANCEL! This company is great to book a trip with but heaven forbid you actually need to cancel they you get the run arounds. First, I email to cancel and they take 2 business days to tell how much I actually get back. Then I have to give them another formal email to cancel the trip and they say that it will take about a week to relieve the check. What they didn’t tell me is that it takes a week to process the refund, THEN a week to receive the check. It has been over two weeks (still without a refund) and I have to inquire each time for a follow up. Very frustrating and waiting for a form of compensation due to the delay.

Auckland, Cairns, Sydney and Fiji Experience My daughter and I highly recommend the Australia, New Zealand, Fiji tour put together through Elena P. She answered all our questions and our vacation was fantastic! Our hotels and transfers were all taken care of and included one sightseeing adventure in Aukland, Cairns, and Sydney. We had two days free at each city to book our own day trips so we included trips by ferry, sailboat, and a bus. The hotels were good but hands down, had excellent locations for walking to shopping, restaurants, and the harbors. We were glad we added an extra night at Sofitel in Fiji to make it 3 nights total, definitely a 4 star plus resort. We booked our own snorkeling and fishing trips through Rosie Holidays and it was a great way to end our trip.

She answered all of my questions in a timely manner & trust I had lots of questions. Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
