ESYou will pay extra I have claimed my rescheduled flight with Airline and then with AirAdvisor. The airline responded promptly and fast and resolved the issues. 3 months later Air Advisor started with daily emails threating with court action and asking for payment for something they didn't do. The emails became quite violent and abusive. Another illegal thing in the EU, they don't let you completely delete your account on their website. Definitely a NO. All in all bad experience with their unprofessional customer service.

ESEverything went as indicated Everything went as indicated. 30% fee may seem a lot to some, but I wouldn't have gone through the hassle by myself as I don't have the time required for that. The process is really easy and quick.
