RUN WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!! SCAMMMM RUN WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Bought 5 tickets, paid and received confirmation. Minutes later I had a call from a guy with an Indian accent telling me prices have changed. After arguements and coming to a consensus, to my dismay I arrived the airport and realized Shiva did not even ticket the reservation. As in they didn't pay any money to the airline. IT WAS ALL A SCAMMMM. No one ever picks a call. RUNNN WITH YOUR MONEYYYYY. BEWARE OF SHIVA TRAVELS.

Changed the reservation on me but were… Changed the reservation on me but were able to get a similar one for the same rate. Receipt was not sent and took me a couple of calls to get it to happen I wish they can improve their process to make it less time consuming

At first i was a little concerned but… At first i was a little concerned but then the gentleman explained things to me and followed me through the entire purchase process. I later called him and he was able to email me my tickets and stayed with me on the line until i was able to confirm that i had received them. I will certainly use them again for my travel needs.

Best prices available After a good amount of research, I ordered flight tickets from Shiva Travel to the best available online price. It took a little longer than 24 hours until my tickets were issued. During the waiting period, I followed up with their customer service, because I became unsure if my online transaction was handled properly. The customer representative listened to my concerns, explained the process to me, and genuinely apologized for the slight delay in regards to the ticket issuance. Shortly after that, my tickets were issued with a significantly shorter flight duration which I really appreciated. The flights itself went very smoothly. Shiva Travel addressed my concerns promptly and professionally and they did their very best to make up for the slight delay during the order process.

Shiva Travel did an excellent job of… Shiva Travel did an excellent job of securing my flight despite my credit card company putting a hold on the charge due to the fact Shiva Travel is out west and I don't travel very often. The only issue I had was Shiva Travel not getting back to me with a new confirmation in a timely fashion once the credit card issue was resolved. That being said they did provide the confirmation immediately when I called them.
