ALWAYS search for the official train companies of the countries you are travelling in - you will get a real and faster help in case of cancellation or refunds. Rail Ninja has a really good marketing and that’s why is always ranking in the first page of Google search. This company is earning billions just reselling tickets of the official companies for an extremely higher price.

Way Over Charged I used this site to purchase rail tickets in Portugal and the tickets were very expensive. I cancelled the tickets and still got charged about 35 Euros. I bought them online from another site which was much cheaper. I was frustrated with myself that I let this happen.
