Way Over Charged I used this site to purchase rail tickets in Portugal and the tickets were very expensive. I cancelled the tickets and still got charged about 35 Euros. I bought them online from another site which was much cheaper. I was frustrated with myself that I let this happen.

User Friendly When you're not used to using trains and are not familiar with the different stations, it's always been difficult for me to use the National Rail app in the UK. I find that Rail Ninja is much more user friendly and have used it a number of times and highly recommend it.

I woud complain of the seat allocation…as I woud complain of the seat allocation suste. Whenever I take on Solitaire suite bus, my seat has been allocated without my intention and it does not allow reservation. Given the expensivebus fare paid, I dont understand why I should take seat which has been designated without my consent. I strongly claim that the seat allocation system should be changed reflecting passenger’s intention. If there is any system working which I dont know, please let me know in order to get preferred seat of mine.

Fast Service The response time to confirm the reservation for 4 was quick, which allowed time for me to finish completing the itinerary. Very much appreciated.
