Did not receive reimbursement for tickets Me and my spouse bought tickets at Secret Airfares in April 2020 right before Covid19. The flights were all cancelled. We waited for 1 year before we were allowed to request a refund. We contacted Secret Airfares and they asked us for another payment to process our case. We paid and they gave us a confirmation #. It's been 4 months and we still haven't been refunded. We have communicated several times by email and phone, they told us to be patient and that it was normal. We called the airline (Air Canada) and they told us that they had never had a refund request for these tickets. I'm wondering what to do because it looks like we got scammed. Beware.

STAY Clear - Dubious Agency Please stay clear from this agency, its a dubious one, they publish one rate and then charge another, please also verify your credit card statement. Purchased a ticket for 895$ as per the website and got charged 953$, then when we called back for the covid refund, they kept saying it is in process and the amount is only 441$, which is the same as what the airline has on record, when contacting the call center and chat they said its non refundable service fee. So one basically looses there money here and even after six months no refund has come.

So, they have started to offer the lowest prices first on their websites (Jetcost). This is a good strategy because it makes people want to buy their tickets I was not hoping but they have best fare first i think they are not legitmate but I thought let give it a try and I was shock I was happy I got cheap ticket with amazing itinarary.
