All the vehicles were in perfect condition, it took us a bit longer to sign the contracts since we rented 5 quads, but overall experience was good. Totally disappointed Totally disappointed I rented two motorcycles for an upcoming trip to Italy. Chose this website because of the "free cancellation" policy as my trip was not 100% certain. When I found I had to cancel my trip and asked for the refund I was informed that they only refund the open amount. This is not correct as they ask for the full value of the rental up front! Will never use this service again. I cannot accept a company that wants to make money even when not providing anything. They took me €700 for no service!!! SCAMMERS Just a portal, as they say. The bike was not delivered to the agreed hotel location. Took a taxi to the rental company and when returned. No GPS, No baggage box, which were supposed to be included in the rental. They ignored taking any responsibility for providing the wrong company. Ignoring messages and emails. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!! OR YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!

Madeira We, as a couple, were renting on Madeira. The local agency has been very helpful, however, we originally were renting different bikes (brand) than locally available. It has been ok, finally, but we should have been informed about availability etc.
