Totally disappointed Totally disappointed I rented two motorcycles for an upcoming trip to Italy. Chose this website because of the "free cancellation" policy as my trip was not 100% certain. When I found I had to cancel my trip and asked for the refund I was informed that they only refund the open amount. This is not correct as they ask for the full value of the rental up front! Will never use this service again. I cannot accept a company that wants to make money even when not providing anything. They took me €700 for no service!!!
