Priceline sold my information to… Priceline sold my information to another company, as the hotel was rented from a third party, and Priceline seized double the rental amount and took it from my credit card. The hotel I rented from was not classified because the room he offered us was underground, which I rejected and left the hotel.

I wish I could leave zero stars I wish I could leave zero stars. Worst travel agency of all time! I've have been trying to get a refund for a canceled flight since February. I keep getting the same run around and spend over an hour on the line each time. Their accounting department can't figure out to refund my account. They have given me 1 of 3 refunds. These people are so dumb!!!

Do not use Priceline Do not use Priceline. They take no responsibility to help you when they refer you to a dishonest business. Representative (Ted) swore at me when I asked for a supervisor.

Lime - amazing represenative Lime - the name of the representative that helped me with my fairly complex booking - 5 people for international travel. He took his time, over the course of 2-3 days, found the best pricing available, as well as made valuable recommendations. It was a lengthy process due to the complexity of what we were asking for, along with tickets being sold, etc. He took his time and was patient and courteous throughout entire process. I would recommend 100%. The level of service was amazing, I will be a repeat customer of his, without question.

Fraudulent description of room cost Priceline.com was very dishonest in their billing. They advertise the room at a certain price and even included taxes and fees on the website. When I booked the room, it was almost $50 more per night. There was nothing in the language of the initial transaction that prepared me for this additional cost. When I tried to reach customer service, I was connected with somebody who was clearly not American and spoke very poor English. He refused to help me with the additional fees and also Refused to put a manager on the phone. Priceline.com deliberately ripped me off and they are going to do it to you too.
