AEI want my refund I made a flight reservation last 5th April. Amount was deducted from my card via Tabby payment. But the reservation was not confirmed. I sent and email and they said it will take 7-10 business days to be credited to my bank account. It is already 1st May and still not refunded. Sent email for follow up but no reply at all. Please return my money. It is my hard earned money. This is very bad

INIt was awesome experience right from… It was awesome experience right from enquiry stage to booking to trip stage. Especially great support from Shalini mam , she was very helpful and supportive. She even supported in early check-in or late check-out stages in such a busy and festive season.

INRefund Pending They are simply wasting time by sending emails that refund is in process , from airline side they already confirmed that they did not charge anything still this guys not giving refund from Feb 22nd till now. They are charged 2 times for making changes but done nothing. Worst staff Rohit Bhatt, Punnet Thakur this 2 guys first they said they did not received email once they received on 18th April after forwarding 30 times they are playing with emails.

INOverall satisfactory trip but there are… Overall satisfactory trip but there are few things which could have better. Gondala ride we have to self book but initially promised from easy my trip. Initially room allocated in Pahalgam was not as per 4 star standard. Need to reached out to Shalini and then got good room.

AEThe promo code is pointless. You still charge your full fee. The promo code doesn't help because you charge the same fee regardless. It's unfair & misleading... I attempted to change the date of my flight and noticed that the new flight is actually cheaper than the one I originally booked. However, your system is adding your airline charges on top of the lower rate. This seems unfair. Shouldn't there be no additional fees for changing to a less expensive flight option?
