GBWill never buy a ticket with them again Yesterday I bought a ticket which was supposed to be much cheaper but at the time of payment I was charged more (airline price), and I wouldn’t obviously bought it on their website if I knew it before. I would have bought it on the the airline website or on another website with a better price. I tried to cancel the booking while the ticket was still pending but the website wouldn’t let me. So I tried to call them several time but after ringing for ages the call would just drop. I managed to speak with someone today but they told me if I cancel I would have to pay a cancellation fee even though it should be free within 24 hours from reservation.

INDisgussed hotel service. QINDHOL03MAR240466....i have booked easemytrip kashmir tour. Services are fabulous but unfortunately one of your listed hotel[Hotel Snow Light(Srinagar)] fooled us where we spended our last 2 nights.Electrcity cutoff timings in srinagar is from 7-9 a.m. in morning and 7-9 p.m. or 9-11 p.m. in night but in addition hotel shuts MCB switch roomwise from reception so that maximum electricity bill avoided...by this, me and my wife & infant faced lots of problems. Also they didn't have DTH TV connection in their hotel...instead they have android tv uin which internet connection is poor and only offers youtube.....i would like to compliant against such hotel in detail for which you can call us on 9968619861.Please please unlist these type of hotels from your list, otherwise they will ruin your goodwill. A pure heartly suggestion and feedback.

INNon Exsistent Customer support One can get a ticket but do not expect any type customer support for any booking related issues. They have have absolute incapable support team not able to resolve any issues. Had to follow up with their team for more then a month for voucher i paid for on their site and never recieved. After one month of follow when i finally do recieve the voucher its says its an already used voucher. What kind of SCAM is this company.

INMesmerizing Kashmir! We recently had a 6 nights and 7 days trip to Kashmir which was planned through Easemytrip. Must say the trip went really well. Right from booking, scheduling, planning, keeping us informed and the response time to our queries was really well managed by Vandana Sharma. She was approachable and ensured that we are aware of the do's and don'ts. When in Kashmir, the chauffeur Akil Hussain (from Fortview Holidays, their travel partner) was extremely nice. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and ensured that we had a good experience wherever we went. At times, he even went out of his way to assist us which we really appreciated. The hotels booked were good and gave us no reasons to complain. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would certainly like to plan our future trips with ease my trip. Thank you Vandana for all your help and assistance whenever we needed it!

INNon refund of flight cancelled by the airlines I had booked a flight from Hyderabad to Pune for 10th Apr 24. The flight was cancelled by the airlines due to operational reasons and full refund was made to easemytrip by Spicejet. But when I contacted, easemytrip for the refund, they deducted Rs 3600 towards cancellation charges. From the aforesaid experience, i would recommend that please don't book your flights through easemytrip for stated reasons:- -pathetic customer support. -they do not pay the refind amount inspite of refund by teh airlines. -No defined escalation matrix. You will be stressed by interacting with a bot, which keeps taking your through circle. I strongly recommend all the customers to book through the airlines directly or reliable websites. Just to add, we contacted Spicejet customer care for knowing the disposal of refund and they were prompt in addressing the issue and gave a feedback of the refund.
