ESFeedback about the work of air support Flyhacks Recently we’ve met very difficult situation with our connected flights (first flight was delayed significantly and we missed the next). The attempt to resolve the situation with the company carrier was totally unsuccessful. Without any hope we called to Flyhacks.. Many thanks for you responsibility, respectful and understanding attitude to your clients! GBWe have had exactly the same experience… We have had exactly the same experience as many of these other poor people. We have been waiting 16 months now (since May 2020) for our refund for two flights, refs: PXU0Y and NKUCP5, cancelled due to Covid. Each email has been met with much the same response as other people have had, i.e. apologies but they have not forgotten about us. Our travel insurers (Halifax) have also been extremely unhelpful. DKThey gave me wrong boarding passes They gave me wrong boarding passes. That was of course stressful and annoying. But what made things much worse was this cocky, smarty-pants attitude that this company puts on. You never want someone to be "funny" when they've messed up your order. It was infuriating to listen to the automated phone voice going on about little obnoxious and sexual word plays, when there is an issue where they've made a mistake. You just want them to speak to you normally - and respectfully. Please, Flyhacks, change this stupid persona you've made for yourselves. Nobody thinks you're clever or funny.
