NLThe worst booking office ever The worst booking office ever! End of 2019 flyhacks booked a flight for me from Düsseldorf to Tampa (Florida) by Norwegian Air. Due to the corona crisis this flight was cancelled. Flyhacks promised me to refund my flight fee as soon as Norwegian Air refunded the money. On April 29. 2020 Flyhacks sent me an email in which they wrote that Norwegian Air had refunded the flight fee to Flyhacks. Now, october 16., 13 emails later, I stil did not get any refund from Flyhacks. They even stopped answering my emails.

ESFeedback about the work of air support Flyhacks Recently we’ve met very difficult situation with our connected flights (first flight was delayed significantly and we missed the next). The attempt to resolve the situation with the company carrier was totally unsuccessful. Without any hope we called to Flyhacks.. Many thanks for you responsibility, respectful and understanding attitude to your clients! The representative of the team Air Support Ilya Osadchiy resolved everything very quickly and professionally! Your company and the team are really worthy the trust of your clients!!!

GBflyhacks - waiting for refund 7 months!!!! I booked and paid for flights in May 2020 and these were cancelled due to covid. refund still not arrived....same excuses as other travellers have reported - multiple emails and again they are now not replying to my emails!!! are they even still in business? may have to resort to applying through the court!!! not impressed at all

FIHuge problems with this website Huge problems with this website! On our outbound flight I didn't receive my boarding passes until four hours before the flight which was quite stressful as I didn't know if I was checked in or not. On the return flight home the booking numbers they sent me are wrong and don't match up with the airlines check In services. When I called flyhacks to try remedy the situation they emailed me one of the two tickets I needed. Absolutely the worst flight booking website, I would not recommend this service and can't wait for my holiday to be over so I can put this terrible experience behind me.

GBWe have had exactly the same experience… We have had exactly the same experience as many of these other poor people. We have been waiting 16 months now (since May 2020) for our refund for two flights, refs: PXU0Y and NKUCP5, cancelled due to Covid. Each email has been met with much the same response as other people have had, i.e. apologies but they have not forgotten about us. Our travel insurers (Halifax) have also been extremely unhelpful.
