Then 3 days before the event you receive an email that your tickets have been cancelled leaving you high and dry with airfare, car rental, and prepaid hotel reservations. Their explanation is a song and dance which leaves you really frustrated. Magnolia Manor Hospitality cannot be trusted to provide tickets to the Masters. DO NOT do business with these people.

I have had the great fortune to attend the Masters many times and I can honestly say that the combination of attending the greatest sporting event in the world and being hosted by Magnolia Manor cannot be beat! I have used the Magnolia Manor for corporate events and for buddies trips and it really completes the experience. Outstanding service and just great people who know exactly what you need. Inside the gates of Augusta National you really have perfection and Magnolia Manor brings you perfection outside the gates. If you want hospitality to match your high expectations for your Masters trip, Magnolia Manor has it.. I've known Ian and Tricia, Magnolia's owners for over 25 years and my wife, friends and I have been to the Masters multiple times, always with their group. It's hard to match your first Masters experience as you walk through the gate and see all that green, but Magnolia Manor does it. The food/drink is first class, the Manor itself is well appointed and suited to support your every need and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Whether you attend every year or it's your "once in a lifetime" experience, I highly recommend doing it with Magnolia Manor and their wonderful organization.

They know the market This was my first time visit to the Masters. I Live in Southern California and my son had moved to Miami several years earlier. It was a father - son trip that we both anticipated. Magnolia Manor was the only way to go for us. Everything was first class and incredibly organized. They made our trip much more comfortable and relaxing than if we would have tried to navigate the course, meals and parking ourselves. We attended the Friday competition and had planned to watch the Saturday competition from a local sports bar. I wished I had made reservations at Magnolia Manor for saturday - even though we did not have tickets for that day - because it was by far one of the best venues to view the match in the entire town of Augusta. Magnolia Manor is totally and compleetely worth the price of admission!

UNACCEPTABLE when i looked at what was charged in my bank a/c it was more than the agreed amount and what I had printed. have not as yet received a refund, took more than hour to speak to sales rep, they did not answer any other lines,[phone lines go dead after holding] this is not satisfactory, eventually told that they DONT KNOW how this happened.
