GBDon't make the mistake of trusting this service. I wish I hadn't ignored the hundreds of negative reviews on every other review site. My experience with ItsEasy was comprised of terrible customer service, hidden fees that came up days after I signed the contract, and an almost missed vacation.

GBJoe's feedbck on the process for India Visa Good news: I received the Visa in a timely manner. Concern: We found out about necessary information after submitting the application despite having multiple conversations and explanations prior to submitting the application. One or two of the critical information did not come up until another person at ItsEasy reviewed the application. That should not be the case. It could've delayed the submission enough to having to withdraw the application.

GBEfficient, fast service My experience with It's Easy was generally very good. My problems were with the Indian embassy request for visa form, which was exceedingly inflexible. Otherwise, a great experience.

GBIf you are skeptical like me I can tell… If you are skeptical like me I can tell you this company is legit. I did my research and ultimately chose them for a passport we needed within a week. They were very professional and had great communication through text, phone call, and email. We had a situation arise and multiple employees including the VP did everything they could to help us resolve it. They are not cheap but if you need a passport fast I would recommend.

GBI'm intimidated by the process of applying for a visa... I feel somewhat at a loss when facing the prospect of applying for a visa and It's Easy really does make it easy. I had questions while filling out the online application for India and I was able to reach someone by phone very quickly each time I got stuck and they were able to easily answer my questions. I kept getting emails about the progress of my application and it was done more quickly than estimated.
