I opted to add the Concierge service where I met Chelsea through email and telephone. In a few words: Professional, straight up facts, and then a full email explaining to me how to go about processing my Visa request. I did not expect my Visa for at least another week and this morning it arrived. Joe's feedbck on the process for India Visa Good news: I received the Visa in a timely manner. Concern: We found out about necessary information after submitting the application despite having multiple conversations and explanations prior to submitting the application. One or two of the critical information did not come up until another person at ItsEasy reviewed the application. That should not be the case. It could've delayed the submission enough to having to withdraw the application.

I'm intimidated by the process of applying for a visa... I feel somewhat at a loss when facing the prospect of applying for a visa and It's Easy really does make it easy. I had questions while filling out the online application for India and I was able to reach someone by phone very quickly each time I got stuck and they were able to easily answer my questions. I kept getting emails about the progress of my application and it was done more quickly than estimated.

Visas to the Bahamas Had to get visas to the Bahamas for my family and was a bit anxious to send passports out of state to an online business. But found there was a Boston branch nearby where I lived and decided to go in person instead. Michelle checked over all the forms necessary first and sent everything out for me. I had no problems and received all the passports back in 2 weeks and was very happy with the experience!
