GBWe just returned from a trip to Punta… We just returned from a trip to Punta Cana with Grad City. Everything went well. Stacy and Virginia took care of everything and was available at all times for anything we needed. Occidental Caribe was a beautiful resort for the cost.

DOGradCity is the best GradCity is the best! Getting to work with them as staff has one of the best experiences of my life. The team is amazing, everyone is super nice and focused on making the program be the best it can be for the group. I loved working with the kids and parents we traveled with and helping them enjoy their trip as much as possible. GradCity wins at spring break! 😁

GBCancun, Mexico I had the time of my life on my senior spring break and going with gradcity made it even better. One thing I liked most about going with gradcity is that I had access and a ride to great clubs in the city that people who didn't go through gradcity did not have.

GBGradcity Horrible!!! We booked with a recent trip to the Bahamas. We paid our trip in full and one month before the trip we were notified that we owed $230. When I called I got a very rude representative who told me it was because we only had 3 boys in the room. This was not our choice, the boys were all friends so we decided not to select roommates they were assigned rooms by Gradcity. Everyone else got 4 person rooms at no extra charge. The kicker is that when the boys arrived the "three person" room was a queen bed and a cheap cot! They paid collectively $690 extra for a cot to sleep on for 5 days. And by the way, the assurance we got at the initial meeting that Gradcity would be there if we had any problems was a joke as well. it took me 2 days to contact a Gradcity rep. (no one EVER even picked up the phone). When I finally contacted someone he told me he had no control over what the hotel did but would look into it. He NEVER called me back. I called several times afterwards and never could get in touch with anyone. I wonder what I would have done if there had been an emergency and I couldn't get in touch with someone at Gradcity?!!! These are the same people who said they would keep a close watch over our kids and be there for anything we needed! Needless to say, I am disputing the charges and I strongly urge anyone to think twice before booking with this group.

GBGrad City is Overrated! Grad City is possibly one of the worst travel agencies I have ever dealt with. We recently completed a trip to Punta Cana Hard tock through Grad City. Our friends booked the same trip, directly through the resort and paid substantially less and received more “resort credit”. The property was open to the public, which was not disclosed to any of the parents in any meeting. The security measures were sub par. The hotel was without water for a day and no one in 2 buildings were able to shower or flush. Our group was ill after eating there the second day. When the adults complained about the food and explained that we were sick. Grad City asked us if we had eaten “off property” or even better, if we had had “too much to drink?” Not once was there any question or concern, nor were medical options or advice offered. They simply told us we could purchase Imodium at the gift shop. As we sat in our rooms without water, vomiting and with diarrhea for days on end, not one Grad City staffer checked on any of us. They were advised of our complaints and concerns and none were addressed. Lastly, the resort was unaccomodating to any request. No extra pillows, no coke products, no dietary restrictions, no food was allowed to go back to the room in containers, room service is limited to less than 6 items. We saw roaches in restaurants, we had terrible service and were denied seating in restaurants with MANY open tables. I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel chain and travel company before. I do not recommend either Grad City nor Hard Rock. We all came home with parasites and are being treated with antibiotics.
