GBDO NOT USE THIS SITE! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! The flight we were booked on to Australia for Apr. 12 - 25 has been cancelled by Virgin Australia (as are all of their international flights until June 14). Virgin Australia said they are issuing refunds for all cancelled flights but because we booked through a third party we have to get our refund from the site we booked through, however, skybooker.com is refusing to refund our purchase. Unfortunately, it seems that we will have no choice but to seek legal action.

GBThis organization is a complete sham This organization is a complete sham! They will steal your money even after they have been REFUNDED by the airline who cancelled their own flights. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK through SKYBOOKER - THEY ARE CROOKS! I SWEAR.... I purchased other airline tickets through other 3rd party (online) agents who have refunded me IN FULL after the airline cancelled their flights. KEEP IN MIND - SKYBOOKER HAS RECEIVED REFUNDS FROM THE AIRLINES BUT THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! SHAME ON YOU... SKYBOOKER!

GBWould not offer full refund during COVID Would not offer full refund during COVID even though the actual airlines was offering a full refund. Skybooker was requesting to get their "service fee" which was over $600. Beware of using them to book your flight with, they will not have your back if anything goes wrong. I will be letting everyone I know not to book using sky booker as they are completely unwilling to help

GBI am a registered nurse that has been… I am a registered nurse that has been under so much stress since the pandemic started. To top it off my husband's mother passed away right as the pandemic started. He has been trying to get to Greece for over a year to say his goodbyes and finish up any business over there. Skybooker keeps changing the price of the tickets and is now refusing him a full refund. They are offering him less than 50% of what he has paid them. This company is horrible and I will NEVER use them again. I am under enough stress as it is, without needing a scam artist company robbing my husband. Thanks for nothing Skybooker.
