KWSTAY AWAY!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! If I was given a zero stars option I would have gone for that. This company is an absolute scam! I originally enquiried in early November. At the beginning communication was slow but not alarmingly so. After the payment went through (worryingly along with passport and other details) and after being promised that the tickets would be "issued within 24h from payment" they just stopped answering the messages. None of the numbers provided online is a real phone number and you can call them as much as you can but nobody will pick up. I am in the process of taking legal action against them but please spare yourself the stress and stay away!!!

AEGreat Team of Concierges Great Team of Agents! The airline canceled my flight which I had booked 2 weeks ago. Called Adam up and told him the airline canceled the flight, he was very reactive and got me a new ticket on another flight within few hours. Ended up still getting home to the UK from the UAE before the mandatory Hotel Quarantine. Keep it up! Great service guys....

GBI have a spa in Marina del Rey I have a spa in Marina del Rey, Ca . Before I changed to booker I had mangomit . I regret every day of my life changing the company. Booker system is the most horrible and most stressful system you can have. My card reader never works and my clients are getting so upset when they are making the payment bc I’m making them to wait for me to charge them. They sent me a second card reader and doesn’t work same problem than the old card reader not only that I’m paying 3.50% to charge people manually without the card reader. My company is losing so much money because of that. They said my internet was too weak so I upgraded my internet to a better speed and we still have same issues we had. spectrum technician come down to check everything and now in my spa he said everything runs perfectly and the Internet and they test the speed and everything works great. They told me there’s nothing to do anymore and they believe it’s a problem with the system. I asked them that I want to leave the company bc of all the issues with their system and they said I can’t bc of my 12 months contract. They have not done anything no discount or anything for all the issues with the system. My receptionist wants to leave our company bc she’s tired and frustrated trying to fix this on the phone with the technician. Im losing so much money with this company I upgraded my internet i have the most expensive plan with them $545 a month and only 30% of what I’m paying works. They promised you so many things don’t believe in what they say. There are many good companies offering a good service with better system than this and cheaper. I only hope to break my contract or finish with this nightmare with this company.

DEThanks to the booker Thanks to the booker, I was able to fly to Victoria with my family in the buiseness class, at a top price. However, you need good nerves, as the valid tickets came at very short notice. But looking back, I would immediately book again through the Booker. We say thank you again.
