Rude staff and inaccurate information Over the years I have booked many cruises both in Australia and overseas with Cruise1st but after my telephone call with them today I will never use them again. The woman I spoke to was very rude and condescending and continually spoke over the top of me. She gave me lots of false information and when I told her that the information she had just given me was in complete contrast to an email I had from Cruise1st 4 months previously she said that wasn’t her problem as she hadn’t sent the email.....Really . Never again.

Do not touch Cruise 1st with a bargepole. Fly / cruise to NZ, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga, Information supplied at the outset was very poor. Cruise 1st only want to collect your money, and you the customer do the rest with the cruise line / air line etc. I contacted them to let them of the issues I was having and that iIwas very unsatisfied, they couldn't even bother to respond. I gave them a chance after the very first cruise we took to NZ, which also went pearshape but never again.

cruise 1st cancellation nightmare I booked a cruise tour package with them, they cancelled because MSC cancelled it. I have been fighting for over 3 months to get a refund as they are taking hefty cancellation costs. I did not cancel the cruise. Very disappointing. A nightmare.
