GBPromised refund never came Booked an overseas flight with them. The airlines changed the flight and because of Covid the airlines (Qatar) allowed me to book a flight within 2 years of the booking date. However, I had to do it with the travel agent. I called them many times and they did not respond. Finally, I called the credit card company and disputed the charge. Then LBF Travel responded! We agreed that I could change the flight and when I set another travel date, they said that will cost more money although I found a flight which was actually cheaper than the one I booked first. To cut a long story we agreed for them to keep 10% of the original price and refund the rest. But the refund never came. After a month I called my credit card company again and disputed the charges (in this case the refund that never came) and my credit card company refunded the charge.

GBThey sell tickets at a lower price They sell tickets at a lower price, than they tell you that the airline didn't confirm the tickets and the price has gone up. They can either provide you a 80% refund or you have to pay the increased rate. It's a scam website, but really the fault is with Kayak for lettting them operate on their website.

MAScamming people one way or another Booked a ticket through them. The flight was canceled by the airline who stopped all flights because of COVID. The airline was offering full refunds but I had to work through point of sales which is LBF travel. They only agreed to pay back 60% of the ticket treating it as a non-refundable ticket and in the process I will be losing about $500. I am still waiting on the refund which according to them could take 1 or 2 billing cycles. They are Definitely scamming people, one way or another.

GBBooked a ticket through them Booked a ticket through them. My granddaughter got COVID and we had to cancel her flight and we had insurance on her ticket. The airline was offering full refunds but I had to work through LBF since I went through them. When I called multiple times they never answer their phones and never return any messages back from my emails. They are Definitely scamming people, one way or another.

NLBeware hidden fees!!! I booked a ticket with them and at checkout they automatically add in "optional fees" to your fare. They added their own "flexible insurance" for $70. When I called to get that removed they told me I had to email them. I did exactly as they instructed and still no refund. This is a common scam. They forced me to pay a flexibility fee and when I tried to change or cancel the tickets they refused. WHAT'S THE POINT OF FLEXIBLE FEES IF IT'S NOT FLEXIBLE?! STAY AWAY FROM THESE MODERN DAY PIRATES.
