Cancel policy is a LIE.... Make sure you don't need to cancel. Even though their policy states cancel within 24 hours of making a reservation you get a full refund including service fee... They keep the service fee. False advertising. Fraudulent. How many people get screwed? All you can do is send refund request through email. They take over 24 hours to respond. That's not the customers fault. The email is time stamped. Beware Report to Better Business Bureau

**WARNING** **WARNING** Do not use this service. I pre-paid for parking and when I showed up at the lot-it was full. I had to go to five different parking lots to find parking and almost missed my flight. I am now trying to get a refund through email with this company. Horrible. Stressful. I don't have a current reservation because this happened on 10/6/23-how would I write a review about my customer service otherwise? Threatening to take the review down isn't supririsng given your business practices.

Horrible service. Duping customers I reserved from this website for a DFW airport hotel for parking starting 5 am. But hotel did not even have shuttle at that time. I called AirportParking to cancel reservation They charged $5 even when you cancel within 30 minutes of reservation. They should not even have booked if hotel does not provide services at the time it is booked for

I reserved through this sight today I reserved through this sight today, 3/15 @ 6:15 am. I haven't recieved an email. Paid $134.00. I've sent two emails and their sight says, "will recieve confirmation email immediately. " this website is HORRIBLE! SCAM. I'm disputing charge with bank. I don't have money to throw away! I purchased a parking pass for the Las… I purchased a parking pass for the Las Vegas Airport this month. I didn’t receive a confirmation, so I had to jump through hoops to talk to a human. The confirmation was then emailed. I was told that all instructions are on the confirmation page and to talk to the hotel about parking. If anyone has been to Las Vegas, they know that the hotels are casinos and finding an employee is difficult. Ultimately, there was no designated parking spot that we paid for and there was no hotel employee to call the shuttle to take us to the airport. We purchased a ticket with zero shuttle number or parking spot. I had to waste the money and park at the airport after all so I didn’t miss my flight.
