GBThis is a Scam site. This is a scam site and if anyone is reading this please do not accept any of their services. I wanted a Cancellation done for my ticket and these guys were super responsive till they got the money from me and as soon as they received their money, they stopped responding to my calls or emails. It's been more than 2 months now and I still am not able to get in touch with them because as soon as you call them and tell your name and issue, they hang up and never respond. Kindly do not call them or accept any service until they are legally charged of the scam.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Oh, heavens! What a horrible experience! I booked international flights for two on Friday for $3,600+. I receive all of the confirmation emails that my payment is processing, yadda yadda. Everything seems like a go. No prob. Come Monday. I work all day (as many folks do) and come home to check my personal email. I find 13 emails (that looked super spammy btw) saying I need to verify my identity as the cardholder (ok, sure) and that I had until 5 p.m. to do so. 5 p.m.! They expected me, with no warning (and 3 days after I purchase tickets) to reply to them between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.? What? So, at 5, they emailed saying my flight was cancelled entirely. "Because your credit card was not verified within the 8 hour time limit, your reservation has been cancelled and a refund has been processed back to your account." Seriously? I did have multiple unknown calls (to their credit) but no voicemails, so how would I know it was them? (Also, I'm at work, ya know... working and busy.) So, I call customer support. After waiting for 10 min and getting cut off, I call again. Another 10 min later, they answer and tell me my flights are canceled, there's nothing I can do, and that my money will be refunded in up to 7 business days. Also, I would fire the people I spoke with if I managed them. But honestly, I feel bad for them because they work for such a shady company. Their lives must be miserable. So now, I'm less than a month out from an international flight. I won't have my $3,600+ in my bank account for up to 9 days (including the weekend), and the costs of flights are already skyrocketing. In summary, this experience was horrific. I'm frustrated that my purchase through Kayak.com didn't even (at least clearly) indicate that I would be going through this third party (airfare.com), and I'm obviously infuriated that they would cancel such a huge time-sensitive purchase on a work day during daytime hours. Annnd then give me such inappropriate sass when I tried to rebook. Wow. Save yourself. Don't use this company.

INI look no further than airfare.com I travel a lot and get really overwhelmed by all the websites out there. Searching leaves me feeling drained and takes so much time. After I found airfare.com, I know where to look first. I have found the best prices on tickets on several occasions. Their customer service over the phone also is pretty good. I also like it because the website search engine is pretty simple unlike some of the others who pop up so many windows that create more windows when you click on them. It saves me time and headaches when I go on airfare.com, so I am a fan and recommend to my friends and family.
