Problem Resolved Had an issue, which led me to post a negative review. However after dealing with Carlos, he took the time to listen to my situation and everything was made right. Carlos could not have been more helpful or kind and I hope this review finds it's way to management. Conversely, Margarit or Margarita, not sure exactly, still remains one of the rudest customer service reps I ever encountered in my life. Regardless, 5 stars thanks to Carlos.

Problem free booking in italy I'm in the UK and had booked an apartment for 5 nights in Venice during August. After reading trust pilot reviews of Rocket miles I got really nervous that I'd turn up and find I had no booking. I contacted the hotel direct who confirmed my booking, the dates and that it had been pre paid, so would recommend doing that if you're concerned. We had a lovely stay, and the 18k of Avios points turned up in my account within a week of arriving home. So my first experience of using rocket miles has been a positive one, I've never even had to contact them. I wanted to provide a positive review for balance as it looks like that's not been the trend of late.

Endless system failure I have been trying multiple times over the past couple months to make AAdvantage hotel reservations, but I always get "Sorry. We are unable to complete this transacton. Please contact us at support @ mail.aadvantagehotesl.com or call +1-773-270-2992". This is the message every time I try to book a stay on AAdvatage hotel program which is operated by RocketMiles. I have been trying to call this number, the agent told me they could not help but ask me to retry, and the agent was super rude and refuse to connect me to technical department. When I try to email this address, what I got is a cold response "please book with hotel direct, there was a system failure with no fix date." which is apparantly wrong as my freinds could book without any issue. Please do reach out to me to disucss a solution, I have been losing tens of thousands of miles and Rocketmiles is also losing revenue. Thank you.

i sent mail @custmer service. reply asap i sent mail @custmer service several times and text @facebook messenger. no one reply. no one cares. i’m wondering this site is working now? need to check mail (privacy or conceige mail) and reply asap. eventhough already finished communication with hotel, but rocketmiles not doing anything. OMG

Gave them one star because I couldn’t… Gave them one star because I couldn’t give them zero. Customer service is horrible. Technical issue on login hasn’t been resolved in 6 weeks, how is that possible? Really disappointed, unfit people behind customer service. Still locked account unable to book with them, hopefully American Airlines drops them, no answer on how to reactivate or open a new account. They are really bad company
