GBVery friendly and helpful reps Very friendly and helpful reps. Booking B & B's was a bit laborious. Like all tours, there are some hidden costs. Very good trip though and a good experience. We would book with Sceptre again

GBwe were promised a dinner, an irish whiskey drink, and two site tours as part of our package, but then, on-site, we had to pay for those items out-of-pocket. We have submitted our expenses to Sceptre The driver proved to be a very entertaining and knowledgeable tour-guide. We saw a lot of Southern Ireland. Our hotels were very comfortable. We did things on-time. Excellent trip except for some of the inconsistencies in what was promised and what was covered (out-of-pocket 209 Euros, but I submitted those receipts to Sceptre for reimbursement; have not heard whether or not the company will honor their initial promises).

GBWorst customer service/ Technical Support. These people have the worst customer service/Technical Support team I have ever encountered in my life. I've been trying to contact them about an electronic part I need to repair my TV and no one pick up the phone or answer messages. Good luck trying to get something from Sceptre TS or CS. What a joke, I give up.

GBNotifications! We have always had a great experience with Sceptre during four trips to Ireland. On our return trip back to the states, we were scheduled on an 8:30 flight, which meant we had to get up at 3:00 am to leave and get to airport, turn in the rented car and check in three hours before our flight. Luckily one of our party had an app with all flight info and it told him our flight was leaving at 12:00pm. (Who wants to get up at 3:00 am if they don’t have to?) when we checked with Sceptre, we were told the flight was leaving at 8:00 am. We had to inform them of the difference in departure times.....when they checked, they told us we were right. Sceptre should have notified us, not the other way around!

GBIreland Trip 1. We stayed in 5 different hotels during our Ireland trip. Three of them were excellent! The Muckross House, the Heritage Killenard, and the Kilronan Castle were all excellent. The Clayton Hotel in Galway was in need of some serious renovation. Poor bedding and noisy surroundings. The Fitzpatrick Hotel is old, damp, and musty; and the customer service was not good at all. We sat in the restaurant for almost an hour one evening and were never waited on. When we told the receptionist the next morning, she told us that rarely happened and really didn't believe us. 2. The Heritage Killenard never received our paperwork for our reservation, but everything ended well because we brought our own copies. 3. I would have been a little happier if we had received our documents a little sooner. However, everything worked out well and there was always a representative available to help with any questions.
