Visa application form NA1 I think that the NA1 visa application form needs to be reviewed. Why is it necessary to have questions in Vietnamese with small translations in English? I would have thought that the form doesn't apply to Vietnamese people. Not enough space is left available to hand write any details that are asked for. Some questions are unable to be answered in many cases. Eg Name and address of host in Vietnam when you have made a tour booking in your own country (Australia) Other than that all other aspects are good

Never reply to emails You don't reply to the support email. My visa got declined with no reasons and I now wanna know when I will get my refund. Please, respect your customers.

Sending the documents via email In the main application there was no request for uploading the passport page And the airplane tickets with the hotel reservation. However, after one day they ask to send them via the email. Which makes the process get delayed one or two days. If there was a choice for uploading the documents then it will makes it a lot better and smooth. Thanks

Vietnam For Vacation site is American… Vietnam For Vacation site is American based you must avoid unless you’re rich. I applied for 2 visas I was charged $120.00 & $80.00 US dollars, luckily I only got only one and got $80.00 refund when I realised the charges too expensive. The charges supposedly $25.00 US from Vietnam legit government site. The additional charges fluctuate as they say they cover you if you might need other help which are irrelevant to visa.the application is legit copy you fill the details,they send it on your behalf and charge accordingly ND
