About Visa Vietnam Online Official

International travel agencies have the right to request that a competent state agency (the Vietnam Immigration Department, or VID) approve the entry, exit, or transit of tourists as stated in Article 13 of Decree No. 92/2007/ND-CP. This decree details the implementation of a number of the Articles of the Laws on Tourism, including regulations regarding the rights and obligations of international tourist agencies. International travel agencies, therefore, can legally request the VID’s assistance in approving visa Approval Letters for their tourist clients.

FIRST & LAST… This is our first time going to… This is our first time going to Vietnam, and there’s no visa on arrival. Been trying to get EVisa for the past a few days, no luck. every time I click ‘pay evisa’ always pops up small window saying failed payment and I haven’t even entered my card number or anything. A bit complicated, and I think it’s gonna be our first and last visit to Vietnam. I wish I knew how complicated it is just to get visa.

Contradicting , Disappointing Response I received an apology stating: "currently visa on arrival to Vietnam is not approved for your passport" Trying to unveil the reason by attaching granted valid USA & Shengen visas for same passport , the reply was : "Please contact other agent if there is any possibility". For me the 2nd reply is contradicting the 1st one. I just wasted my time & the payment was hold for few days without even declaring the reason not have the visa granted

Visa application form NA1 I think that the NA1 visa application form needs to be reviewed. Why is it necessary to have questions in Vietnamese with small translations in English? I would have thought that the form doesn't apply to Vietnamese people. Not enough space is left available to hand write any details that are asked for. Some questions are unable to be answered in many cases. Eg Name and address of host in Vietnam when you have made a tour booking in your own country (Australia) Other than that all other aspects are good
