GBCommunication We were told over the phone that our seats were center stage. When we got there- they were not! We sat on the side. I also called to get 1 ticket refunded as one of our guests became ill and could not go. The agent said someone would get back to me- I have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed in the communication of this company.

GB1st time user My major complaint is that you can't choose your seat or even see where you will be sitting exactly. I think this is important to know exactly where you sit not just a general idea, especially when you spend over $100 per ticket. I didn't like how it a voucher you received after your purchase was official, on top of that, the tickets are non refundable even though you have no real idea where you sitting until you get to will call box office to get the actual ticket. And even when you get to the will call you don't even get to choose where you get to sit! Horrible setup! Most likely, I won't use this site again!

GBFelt Duped as Rep Lied over the phone about the seat location We were in Vegas and wanted to attend the show. Called these guys and before purchasing, I clearly remember, confirmed at least 3 times with the rep that these are Center Seats for Category 2 for Treasure Island show -- Mystere. Rep name was John and he said yes every time I asked him. When we go to the hotel, we get side tickets. It was too close to the stage and on side so we could not enjoy the show as much as we paid for. Stay away from these guys as they don't tell you the exact seat numbers before or after purchase and make big false promises. Would NOT recommend anyone to buy from these guys.

GBNever again!!!!! Worst experince getting tocket from here ever!!i wish i can give negative stars!!!!! I got two tickets and accidentally picked the wrong date Which it happenes to be the same date i was purchsing tickets. so i found out less than 12hours after that the date was wrong. Contacted the service personnel and explain the situation. Forst of all, i didnt know kt was non refoundable or non exchangable which is total bs. Secondly, the service rep told me that since it was application error, it wouldnt be an issue and she made the extra note on it. Totally got embarrassed at the front desk!!!! Never again will i buy the tocket from this web site!!
