The customer service officer from Omio was responsive and to the point in guiding me to find the correct solution to my problem. He made my day with only a few questions back and forth and I had the problem solved. A truly wonderful experience.

She modified my tickets to the one that I originally supposed to. Also she gave me promotion code for some tickets that wasn't refundable. So it was exactly same with refundable ones despite the train companies service terms! And unlike other companies, team Omio give quick response. Thanks a lot, Omio and Daisy!

I wouldn't "Trustpilot" this site I wouldn't "Trustpilot" this site. I looked up FERRIES to Belfast from different locations, and under ferries it said that yes, you can get a FLIGHT to Belfast! I would steer clear.
