Efficient refund process I had to cancel a train trip. Contacted Omio expecting to be told that it was tough and I would lose my money. Instead I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and helpful way it was dealt with expertly by Stefany. It has been many years since any major organisation was this helpful on the telephone. Gold medal to Stefany for her calmness and demeanour in the face of an (initially) irritated customer !

Basically badly maintained buses and the fan belt disintegrated. They did eventually bring a replacement bus, but it was too late for most people to make their flights. No apologies from the bus service. No refund. Just a voucher to use on their buses fro a journey within the nest few months, as if you are going to be using the service within a couple of months.
