GBGreat airport parking lot Great airport parking lot. Shuttle bus was waiting upon arrival and when we return we waited less than 5 minutes at the dedicated pick up spot for a shuttle to take us back to the lot. Highly recommend for the price & convenience.

GBDesk worker rude, Shuttle drivers good The team members working and or assisting the check in process where rude and unhelpful. A shuttle driver was able to explain the process to me when the team member was not willing to talk. During the return process it was the same interaction via the intercom at the gate. Team member was huffing into the microphone and being rude when explaining how to operate the gate. I am happy with the price i paid and the shuttle attendants but the other team member ( or members, not sure if it was the same lady) where not very good.

GBStraight forward parking Quick in out. Shuttle waiting as we were parking our car. Return shuttle present @ 5 minutes when we arrived at designated pickup spot. Pay by CC at gate machine without any problems! Highly recommend!

GBStress Free Parking I was skeptical at first but decided use Jiffy and I am glad that I did. Booking online was simple, accessing the lot was simple and transportation to the airport was available the minute that we parked. The bus pulled up as soon as we got out of the car and whisked us to the airport. Coming home exhausted, it only took a text to summon the bus, which came quickly and dropped us back to the vehicle. Parking was the easiest part of our trip. Thank you for providing a stress free experience!

GBNo liability for car damage Left my car here for two weeks while away on vacation. Came back to a cracked windshield and now Propark is refusing to reimburse the $500 deductible for my windshield replacement. Avoid any and all Propark lots as they take no liability for damage they do to your vehicle. Also note that they make no mention of their limited liability on their website OR when you book with them on Spothero, they simply have a printout hidden somewhere on their office at the lot. They furthermore have you go through the process of submitting a claim before you leave the lot, all the while knowing they won’t actually reimburse you or take accountability for what takes place on their lot. Poor business practice that ruins credibility and trust to use any Propark location in the future. Avoid at all costs.
