Flight was cancelled by the airline but no refund yet… My flight was cancelled by the airline and I am still going back and forth between Gurufare and emirates to get the refund for airlines cancelled ticket. It has been more than 7 months. I won’t recommend neither gurufare nor emirates. As requested, had sent email to gurufare separately with the details.

I have experienced countless customer service related interactions in my life, but few come close to the level of support we received from Buzz at Gurufare. Buzz did anything and everything you could possibly hope for when faced with a crisis. He acted with a sense of urgency and compassion. He was infinitely patient and professional when dealing with other (often unhelpful) airline customer service reps. He was thorough and responsive, following up whenever there was an update to share. He was creative in his ability to problem solve and I think singlehandedly saved our reservation from what seemed like certain doom.
