I booked October 3 and I didn’t get my confirmation until a week after, October 10. I wasn’t worried because I know the company’s working to get me the best price. I emailed and I got a response by phone and text from Melisa! She was very helpful and clear to explain what is needed to confirm my booking. At that point Mike Mayers rich out to me via Email and call me upon the phone to make sure I was aware of the situation and offer me tickets on the same flights for a higher price but some discounts. The flights and fare blew away what Kayak or Expedia were offering to me. I will always use Bestfaredeal, and recommend them strongly. Especially if you can get Mike as your agent.

This is a scam This is a scam. They showed me a good deal and then was unable to give me the flight tickets. I tried many times to work with them and gave them plenty of time to make things right. They keep saying I am working on it and then they send over another confirmation number which means nothing because anyone can do that. I am now disputing the charges as they have yet to follow through.
