I booked October 3 and I didn’t get my confirmation until a week after, October 10. I wasn’t worried because I know the company’s working to get me the best price. I emailed and I got a response by phone and text from Melisa! She was very helpful and clear to explain what is needed to confirm my booking. I got my flight information and booking, best of all the price was right! Thanks Melisa! I will book again with VFLYUS for my future trips!

I booked a flight through Bestfaredeal… I booked a flight through Bestfaredeal with Delta airlines and later found out that there wasn't a seat for me. I received a called from Stella informing of that. Stella assisted me to get another flight for the same days but on a different airline. She was able to book a flight and send me the confirmation within 24 hours. Stella was very informative and professional. The only thing was that I had to pay a little more for the tickets than originally.

It is my opinion that he knows what he's doing and I hope that the company will continue to work with him because he is a great asset to this company.

At that point Mike Mayers rich out to me via Email and call me upon the phone to make sure I was aware of the situation and offer me tickets on the same flights for a higher price but some discounts.
