Terrible Experience Total Scammers They pretended to be KLM Airlines and ripped me off for $1,600.00 telling me that they were going to refund the $7,300 I spent on return airline tickets, after they received my money the women named Jayde sent me a text and said that they could not refund my money for the tickets because I didn’t have a refundable ticket ? What was she talking about, why would I have tried to get my money back from her if I had bought a refundable ticket ? If something doesn’t make sense, stop and think before giving them money. They are total scammers, don’t be fooled.

He stayed on the phone with me until the very end. He also kept me informed and explained the process to the fullest.

Several problems regarding the booking and its modification I was facing several problems modifying my mother’s flight, regarding finding a flight and also the name problem on the ticket.
