I came across the website for Fareowl I came across the website for Fareowl - the price was so good, but after booking, I was concerned this was not a legitimate company. However, the next day I received a call from Katie Frey and she quickly helped me realize I had nothing to be concerned about. She helped me with ticketing the flights I wanted with Delta and I saved over $200. I would definitely recommend and use them again..Katie was exceptional to work with.

Last minute flight I had an emergency and had to get to Atlanta From philly in 24 hrs, so i booked a flight but the airlines rejected pmt because the name of passenger was not same as name on credit card. When I called back, your Rep katie Frey(852) not only found me a flight to leave in the next 5 hours, she took the time to get cc approved, and I was able to make the trip and take care of the emergency. I have never had a customer service rep take the time and really put in effort to help me out. Katie is an A+ rep and you need more like her.
