Booking Agent Wonderful My husband and I are seniors and we have been blessed to be able to talk to Katie Frety and she has been wonderful helping us make our flight happen for Christmas from Florida to New Hampshire. We will do our bookings through you folks from now on due to Katie being so kind and so helpful and following up Never have I had someone so helpful that looked out for us so much. Last minute flight I had an emergency and had to get to Atlanta From philly in 24 hrs, so i booked a flight but the airlines rejected pmt because the name of passenger was not same as name on credit card. When I called back, your Rep katie Frey(852) not only found me a flight to leave in the next 5 hours, she took the time to get cc approved, and I was able to make the trip and take care of the emergency. I have never had a customer service rep take the time and really put in effort to help me out. Katie is an A+ rep and you need more like her.

Not worth the “good deal” Total scam. Save yourself the frustration and buy through a reputable website. I bought tickets and after a couple minutes received a call from a representative saying tickets as purchased were not available and requesting for additional payment for upgrade or changing tickets to different airline. Guy got very combative when I just instructed him to cancel reservation and refund money. Worst experience I’ve had purchasing airline tickets and I fly regularly. Not worth the “good deal”.
