Great experience! We were nervous as we have never used this type of service before. We were very pleasantly surprised as we pulled into the lot at 4:30 AM, were greeted immediately, told where to park and were picked up almost immediately. We were taken right to our airline entrance. When we arrived back, we called the number and we were picked up in less than a minute and returned right to our vehicle. Great experience - will definitely use again!

AirPark I've always used Expresso in the past but found a better deal through you and AARP. Everything worked out well. Parking readily available, drop off prompt, and pick up was sitting there when we arrived. Drivers were courteous and I couldn't be more pleased.

Good Experience Reserving parking was very easy as well as actually parking the car. We had prepaid which made a world of difference. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed by two hours and we were not able to pick up our car when scheduled. This resulted in more fees (☹️) for us. There was also some confusion about how to exit because the machine would not take our barcode. On the plus side, when we retrieved our luggage, all we had to do was text and someone came right away.

Mostly easy Online booking was easy, then the parking and shuttle were mostly easy too. There was an issue with the kiosk that scanned our printed booking though and a lady waved us through as we were first parking. But then as we were leaving, the same issue was still present and the guy checking us out had to work rather hard to get the reservation read and sorted. He did though and we were still only charged the initial booking. Would have been nice to sort the issue at first though so it didn't take so much extra time.

Inconsistent pricing Everything was fine until my sister booked her reservation on the same site five minutes after me for the exact same dates and times and got a lower rate. Did not realize that this was a third party booking site until I contacted the company to question the pricing difference.
