GBI booked business class flights… I booked business class flights overseas with Tony O for my 94 year old Mother and myself at a substantial savings over booking directly. All of the arrangements from wheels chairs to connections went off without a hitch. I normally do not write reviews but I got real nervous after looking at the reviews left by numerous travelers after I booked. Everything was perfect for us and we will be using Deluxe again for the savings and service.

The flights he got me were flawless and extremely reasonable. I've referred several folks to him, and I will use his services again as soon as we can fly once more. Highly recommended.

Our tickets were confirmed by the airline within 1 hour after payment, I was able to check in and verify my trip online through airlines website (United). No problems. GBI worked with Andrew Pierce I worked with Andrew Pierce. He was terrific, ensuring we got business class to Australia at a good price. But more than that; much more. You see, we were on a cruise in 2021. The cruise was postponed by a year cause of Covid restrictions in Aus/New Zealand AND our itinerary was changed. Instead of starting in Auckland, NZ, we STARTED THE CRUISE IN SYDNEY. Therefore, not only did our flights in 2021 have to be changed to 2022, but the destination had to be changed from Auckland to Sydney. A real mess. Andrew took it calmly, and changed the whole travel with only minor penalties. We flew Business Class from Raleigh to Sydney with no problems. AND WE FLEW OUT ON DEC. 22nd, the day of the great U.S. cold snap. Chicago, our first gateway, was -20 Farenheit!! But... no problems. Andrew was great and calm throughout. Almost always available. No 1-hour hold music. No hassles, good, flights, good price. 5-star service. Thank you, Andrew!
