Good, quick service - for a price. Response time is very quick. Site is easy to use and works well. On the downside there is nothing to instruct you what you need to have ready and there is no advice as to how much it will cost. Yes, it is more expensive than the standard VOA at the airport. However you don't need to queue for hours as I did last time when the system was updated, but no one knew how it worked. Bank transfer for payment would also be a good addition. not everyone has a credit card handy.

Quick and Easy The process was easy to follow and was very quick. I had my Indian visa in under 48-hours. I tried to also book a Sri Lankan visa. That went wrong because of an issue with Sri Lanka immigration, but the funds were refunded immediately and without me having to fill out any forms. That is what good service is all about.

Need prompt response Initially, I didn't trust this company, but I proceed due to urgency. Was glad there's a WhatsApp chat option, but sad that the human support was lacking, despite paying high premium for the process. Such high premium in prices definitely should come with an equally prompt response over WhatsApp and not having to wait nearly 2 hours after the visa been approved.
