SGNeed prompt response Initially, I didn't trust this company, but I proceed due to urgency. Was glad there's a WhatsApp chat option, but sad that the human support was lacking, despite paying high premium for the process. Such high premium in prices definitely should come with an equally prompt response over WhatsApp and not having to wait nearly 2 hours after the visa been approved.

ZAProcess was easy to complete Process was easy to complete, only issue was that the process does not allow you to edit or add documents after it has been submitted. Otherwise, it was a great platform.
