Jane Samson is my new BFF Jane Samson is my new BFF. We were originally booked on British Air in Premium Economy and tried with horrific results to upgrade to Business ( they wanted to charge us $10,000!). I decided to look into other airlines and business -tickets.com popped up ..what did I have to lose? I emailed them with my intentions and within a few hours we were booked and confirmed on Virgin Atlantic Upper Class for about half of what BA wanted to charge us. We lost a few bucks on our BA flight but we're overjoyed with Jane's suggestions and attention to details. She kept us informed all along the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
