danish aftab is the best! The associate who helped me with my last minute rebooking of my entire trip was absolutely amazing! He made the whole situation very smooth, quick and convenient. It was a pleasure to have him help with my travel I am so grateful for Danish Aftab as he handled everything in the most professional manner. I could not be more satisfied by his help. I purchased a round trip ticket I purchased a round trip ticket and im here waiting for my confirmation and i didn't see one. So I called emailed Strip and they told me that my return date was a bit of problem so i should call them.. I called them up and customer service was very polite and he offered me two options and i was comfortable with so i went with that.. I gave them 5 stars bc not every agency u deal with nowadays have good customer service..

We had a slight miscommunication but one of the nice representatives was kind enough to follow up with me and assure my one problem was solved and I really appreciate it! Exceeded our expectations! Being as we’d never even heard of Qtrip before, we were hesitant and apprehensive to book our trip when we found such a great deal on their website. We booked the trip anyways, but then our bank flagged it for suspicious activity and declined the charge. The next morning when we called to resolve this, the rates had gone up substantially. Danish, went above and beyond for us. He personally called the airlines to try and secure us the previous rates. He not only succeeded, but he called us back every time personally out of courtesy. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life, but I am thoroughly impressed. Even just the ease and calmness that he speaks. Can’t believe we’d never of them, and we will for sure be booking ALL our future trips through them. Non nonsense, no hidden fees, free cancellation, AND amazing customer service.
