So I called emailed Strip and they told me that my return date was a bit of problem so i should call them.. I called them up and customer service was very polite and he offered me two options and i was comfortable with so i went with that.. I gave them 5 stars bc not every agency u deal with nowadays have good customer service..

Price hike When I booked my flight it said $187, it confirmed it then sent me a email saying price increase 10 minutes later. Which I thought was odd and rude considering we had a virtual agreement that Qtrip broke without reason. I have booked numerous flights with you all and had this happen, I am not happy at all!!!

I am so thankful for this company I am so thankful for this company! We had a slight miscommunication but one of the nice representatives was kind enough to follow up with me and assure my one problem was solved and I really appreciate it! Awesomeness Called qtrip because I prematurely cancelled my departure trip. I thought I was going to be left on hold & given a hard time, but the exact opposite happened. I received an extremely patient & professional customer service representative. I was able to rebook within minutes. I loved the website & customer service. Will continue to use them going forward.

Thanksgiving was saved. I purchased two tickets for my 80 plus. One of the flights was cancelled and they rerouted from New Jersey to Denver to Dallas. I spoke with my agent and was given another Non-Stop after I could not find anything on the internet. She understood immediately that I didn't want to place my eighty-year- in law with any layover. Thanksgiving was saved by her thoughtfulness and kindness.
