Great customer service Kendall is a very pleasant, experienced , professional with a great customer service. The proses was tedious, but Kendall made it easy for me to get my ticket. The ticket price was completely out of my budget and expectation, but at least he be able to get me direct flight. He took his time to find this ticket for me.
