Robin Schafer at Cruises.com is the best! Robin Schafer at Cruises.com is now our go to person when we want to book a cruise. He is very pleasant and thorough and has surpassed our expectations each time. We often compare *many* cruises and he happily helps us with that, whereas agents with a different website often got grumpy during our past booking attempts.

Be aware and cautious if you book with them They night offer some decent incentives but they charge a $24.99 junk fee and also charge you $100 cancellation even before final payment is due when there is no cruise line cancellation penalty at that point. Not sure if I will book any further cruises with them. Incentives improved on my cruise but I can not cancel and rebook without being screwed with a $100 fee. So just proceed with caution if you decide to book through them

Last minute booking Alyssa was wonderful. She assisted in booking a last minute cruise when there were computer issues with the cruise line. Everything went very smoothly. I found her to be very attentive and friendly.
