Let the vacation begin! I’ve just finished booking our family’s flights from the East coast to Hawaii. Alex Hale was the most patient and professional customer service agent. He not only found us seats that saved us a good amount of money, but arranged it so we’d all be sitting together. I was a little concerned because we’re traveling with three kids. He helped me score a great deal for my family of 3, we're going to Aruba in August flying Delta and I couldnt be happier with the deal Chris got for us. Sky Travel Service Review Karen Shine was very helpful in getting us flights for our upcoming trip. She kept looking for the best available fare and worked with in our budget to meet our travel request. We appreciate all the time she spent with us to make sure we got what we could financially manage.

Call just before flight with "problem" that requires a more expensive itinerary Allow you to book on the website only to be called a couple days before the flight telling us that the itinerary/price is no longer available (why didn't they book at the time of order?). Of course the alternatives are only available at a significantly higher cost. Had to argue with several people requesting either they honor original price or cancel reservation. They said they couldn't honor original price (because they would lose money) nor could they cancel the itinerary (because they already paid for the ticket). Their excuses made no sense. When asked for information about their accreditation, they said they weren't able to give it out (most agencies have it listed on their website). Total scam. Stay far away from them!
