Very terrible customer service Very terrible customer service. Would not recommend counting on using these services for traveling. You make a reservation, and the payment wasn't going through due to a technical error. Called them back and got the same exact agent who said "I was going to send a cancelation notice earlier." And never did until I had called them why the payment hasn't gone through yet. so I said he should be responsible for the price increase by which he said "a lot more". How do I go from having a flight itinerary to a payment not going through due to technicalities and I'm responsible for the price increase?

She was very patient, polite and very assuring that the work they do is very legitimate and those qualities caused me to relax some; my first ticket was booked in June and the other2 were booked in August.I didn't my e-tickets within a timely manner; but I reached out to Jessica and she was able to assist me obtain the tickets. I will book with them again.

Milwaukee to Las Vegas Trip I was having difficulty finding the proper fit for a short mid-week flight to Las Vegas and found Sky Travel Hub's website. I was able to book the trip during the time planned and at a reasonable airfare with Vince Carter's assistance. Vince took the time to find an alternative airline when the first one didn't work and followed through with reserving my seat assignments. Thank you Vince for all of your assistance.
