Call just before flight with "problem" that requires a more expensive itinerary Allow you to book on the website only to be called a couple days before the flight telling us that the itinerary/price is no longer available (why didn't they book at the time of order?). Of course the alternatives are only available at a significantly higher cost. Had to argue with several people requesting either they honor original price or cancel reservation. They said they couldn't honor original price (because they would lose money) nor could they cancel the itinerary (because they already paid for the ticket). Their excuses made no sense. When asked for information about their accreditation, they said they weren't able to give it out (most agencies have it listed on their website). Total scam. Stay far away from them!

I personally talked with Chris Jones who is really very professional and very customer oriented person. He explained and convinced me to be permanent customer and I will definitely. I booked 3 tickets for a total of $600… I booked 3 tickets for a total of $600 right after that I got a "pending" email followed by a "unfortunately that itinerary is no longer available few minutes after I received a text from Jessica which she went above and beyond spending 3 hrs. trying to help me with my booking. I am very thankful for all her help and appreciate the time spend. ❤️
